Thallium-207 of 207Tl is een instabiele radioactieve isotoop van thallium, een hoofdgroepmetaal. De isotoop komt van nature niet op Aarde voor.
Thallium-207 kan ontstaan door radioactief verval van kwik-207, bismut-211, kwik-196, francium-221, protactinium-231, neptunium-237 of americium-241.
