Granulopyrenis is een geslacht van schimmels uit de familie Pyrenulaceae. De typesoort is Granulopyrenis antillensis. De naam van het geslacht werd in 1991 geldig gepubliceerd door de Nederlandse mycoloog André Aptroot.
