IndyCar Series 2013

De IndyCar Series 2013 was het achttiende kampioenschap van de IndyCar Series. De 97e Indianapolis 500 werd gehouden op 26 mei 2013. Dit seizoen wordt gekenmerkt met een nieuwe race op de Pocono Raceway en een nieuwe race op het stratencircuit van Houston. Ten opzichte van 2012 werd er tijdens dit seizoen niet meer geracet op het Edmonton City Centre Airport in Canada. Ook stonden er voor dit seizoen de zogenoemde "double header weekends" gepland. Hierbij werden er in een raceweekend twee wedstrijden op hetzelfde circuit gereden, waarbij de eerste wedstrijd op zaterdag werd gehouden en de tweede wedstrijd op zondag. Deze "double header weekends" werden gehouden op het stratencircuit van Belle Isle, het stratencircuit van Toronto en het stratencircuit van Houston.
