Neodythemis munyaga is een libellensoort uit de familie van de korenbouten (Libellulidae), onderorde Anisoptera (echte libellen). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door Klaas-Douwe B. Dijkstra en Graham S. Vick in een publicatie uit 2006. & (2006). De soort is alleen bekend van het Bwindi Nationaal Park in Zuidwest-Oeganda.
